Your tenancy at any Highpoint Living property is governed by a legally binding contract that sets out any current building violations, along with the rights and obligations, fees, and waivers of both landlord and tenant before, during, and after the tenancy. You are urged to consider every element of this relationship and to review the full lease package you will be asked to sign. Read it carefully before execution, consult legal counsel if you choose, and contact Highpoint Living at manager@hpvgproperties.com with any questions or concerns before signing our lease. Our Fees: The following table outlines all fees associated with our lease. Some are part of the everyday services that keep Highpoint Living running smoothly, while others apply only if you choose certain optional conveniences. For example, parking is entirely your choice—if you decide to add it, the listed fee simply applies.

A few fees are non-refundable, automatically applied in specific situations, and part of the agreed-upon contractual terms. All listed fees are considered ‘rent’ under the lease and under the applicable laws and regulations.

What You Need to Know

Our Lease: The lease sample provided is for illustration only. The actual lease you will be asked to sign—should both sides agree to move forward—will be tailored to the specific building, the exact apartment, and the terms of your tenancy. Our lease-execution process is handled through RentCafe, which allows you to view, download, or print the full, property-specific agreement before signing. Because this is a legally binding contract, you are strongly encouraged to review it carefully in advance, seek legal counsel if desired, and contact Highpoint Living at manager@hpvgproperties.com with any questions or concerns before you sign our lease.
